Every year, Keramis explores the world of ceramics through temporary exhibitions designed to promote this old, but often neglected discipline.
Alongside retrospectives of artists of the past, the museum devotes a large part of its programme to group or solo exhibitions by contemporary artists.

Prize for Young Ceramic Creation Residency in the Federation Wallonie-Brussels
In 2025, the Friends of Keramis, the Ceramic Centre of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels, launched a call for applications for the Prize for Young Ceramic Creation Residency in the Federation Wallonie-Brussels 2025. This prize is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels.

Charlie Voeltzel - Prix Résidence (Residency Prize) C14 Paris
Winner of the “Prix Résidence” (Residency Prize) , awarded by Keramis during the Salon C-14 in Paris in October 2023, Charlie Voeltzel spent 50 days and 50 nights in the museum’s studio. Equipped with pre-designed plaster molds, he moved into the residency in La Louvière in the summer of 2024.
