Booking terms and conditions
Booking, cancellation and late arrival
All cancellations must be sent in writing 3 working days before the date of the visit, otherwise the amount due will be charged. In the event of late arrival, Keramis reserves the right to shorten the visit in order to keep to the scheduled timetable.
Change in the number of participants
If there is a change in the number of people participating in the activity that affects the number of guides required, the organiser is required to notify Keramis no later than 5 working days prior to the visit, otherwise the amount due will be invoiced.
Firing and returning pieces made in the workshop
The pieces made in the workshop will be fired by Keramis within three months of the activity date. Visitors are responsible for collecting their pieces upon receipt of an email inviting them to collect them from the museum within the specified time frame.
Note to school group supervisors
Supervisors remain responsible for their group during the visit and workshop. For this reason, they will not be invited to create their own ceramics like the pupils during the workshop, so that they can keep an eye on the group as a whole.
Cloakrooms and cafeteria
Lockers are available for storing your belongings. Please have a €1 coin ready to activate them. Storage bins are also available for groups.
The Café des Faïenciers welcomes you during Keramis opening hours in a bright and elegant setting. You will find drinks, snacks and a wide selection of croque-monsieur sandwiches made especially for the Café.
Access
The museum is located 200 metres from La Louvière Centre SNCB railway station.
To reach Keramis by car, we recommend entering Rue des Emailleurs into your satnav, or parking nearby: La Louvière Centre station car park or Boch car park (free). Please note that certain areas, such as Rue des Emailleurs opposite the museum, require a blue parking disc!
